This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”, “Client”, or “You”) and Glamor of City.

By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the website for browsing and making bookings for elite lifestyle companionship and social companion services.

• Engage independent companions through our facilitation for social, lifestyle, party, birthday, event, and similar occasions.

This license does not grant any ownership or commercial rights over our content, brand, or systems.

2. Restrictions
You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform.

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our services.

• Misuse the Platform or interfere with its normal operation.

• Take photographs, videos, or any form of recording of any companion without the companion’s prior explicit consent. Violation constitutes a material breach and invasion of privacy.

3. Nature of Services & Independent Companions
Glamor of City acts solely as a booking mediator and introduction facilitator. All companions are independent adults. We do not employ them, control their conduct, or participate in the actual companionship once the client and companion meet.

From the moment of meeting until the end of the engagement, all interactions, decisions, and outcomes are solely between the User and the companion. Glamor of City bears no responsibility whatsoever for anything that occurs during or after the meeting.

4. Booking, Payment & Client Responsibility

• Basic booking amount is payable online. Remaining balance may be paid after meeting the companion.

• All bookings are made at the User’s sole risk and responsibility.

• You confirm you are booking of your own free will and that you will handle the actual companionship engagement directly with the companion.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be communicated only via call or WhatsApp.

• Partial refund may be considered (solely at our discretion) only if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours, late arrival, or no-show.

• If we cancel or refuse service, only the amount paid to us will be refunded. No other liability arises.

6. Limitation of Liability
Glamor of City shall not be liable for:

• Any dissatisfaction arising from personal expectations.

• Any interaction, conduct, or incident between User and companion after they meet.

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

• Loss of any nature beyond the amount actually paid for the specific booking.

7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims arising out of your use of the services or any engagement with a companion.

8. Governing Law
Laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Who can book the services?
Only adults aged 18 years and above. By booking you confirm you are a legally competent adult under Indian law.

What kind of services does Glamor of City offer?
We facilitate elite lifestyle companionship and social companion services for social occasions, dinners, birthdays, parties, events, travel, and similar lifestyle engagements. We act only as a mediator for bookings.

Are the companions employed by Glamor of City?
No. All companions are independent individuals. We only facilitate the introduction and booking. Once you meet the companion, the engagement is solely between you and the companion.

Who is responsible after the meeting starts?
You and the companion. Glamor of City has no involvement or responsibility for anything that happens from the moment of meeting until the engagement ends. The booking is made entirely at your own risk.

How does payment work?
A basic booking amount is paid online on the website. The remaining balance can be paid after meeting the companion, subject to mutual agreement.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations must be made only by Call. Full/Partial refund may be considered solely at our discretion if you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled time. No refund for late cancellation or no-show. If we cancel, only the amount paid to us is refunded (excluding payment gateway fee).

Can I take photos or videos of the companion?
No, not without the companion’s prior explicit consent. Doing so is a serious breach of privacy and this Agreement.

Can I book a companion for birthday parties or other events?
Yes. Our facilitation covers social companionship for birthdays, parties, and similar occasions, subject to availability and these terms.

What happens if I am not satisfied?
Personal expectations not clearly communicated in advance are not grounds for refund or claim. Our liability is strictly limited as stated above.

Can Glamor of City refuse or cancel a booking?
Yes, at any time and for any reason, without liability beyond refund of the amount actually paid to us.

How do I contact you for cancellations or refunds?
Only via the Call on numbers listed on the website. Other channels will not be accepted. Please call multiple times, until you receive an answer from our end.

Does the subscription auto-renew or continue after the expiry date?

No. The subscription expires on the given expiry date and is not recurring. You will need to purchase a new/same plan to continue. However, if you cancel the subscription yourself before the expiry date, it ends immediately and all privileges may get removed at that moment.
