These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Client”, or “You”) and Glamor of City (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, or using our website, making any booking, or engaging with our services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and services.

1. Nature of Services & Our Role
Glamor of City operates solely as a digital facilitator and booking mediator for elite lifestyle companionship and social companion services. We connect adult clients with independent companions for social, lifestyle, event, and personal engagement purposes (including but not limited to dinners, parties, birthdays, corporate events, travel companionship, and similar social occasions).

We do not employ the companions. All companions are independent individuals. We merely facilitate the introduction and initial booking arrangement. Once the client and companion meet, the actual companionship engagement is solely between those two parties. Glamor of City has no involvement, control, or responsibility over any interaction, conduct, or outcome that occurs after the meeting begins until the engagement ends.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.

• By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are a legally competent adult under Indian law and that all information you provide is true and accurate.

• We reserve the absolute right to refuse service or terminate any booking without notice if we have reason to believe you are under 18 or have provided false information.

3. Booking, Payment & Client Responsibility

• A basic booking amount must be paid online through the Platform. The remaining balance may be settled after meeting the companion, subject to the companion’s agreement.

• Full advance payment of any required amount is a condition precedent to confirmation of service.

• All bookings are made entirely at the User’s own risk and responsibility.

• You are solely responsible for verifying the suitability of the companion and for all arrangements after the meeting takes place.

4. Cancellation, Refunds & No-Shows

• Cancellation requests must be made exclusively via call or WhatsApp to the numbers listed on the website. Email or other channels will not be entertained.

• Refunds (partial only) may be considered solely at our absolute discretion if the client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled time. No refund is due for cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows.

• If we cancel or refuse a booking for any reason, only the amount actually paid to us will be refunded. No further claim of any kind shall lie against us.

• The person who makes the booking remains fully responsible for all cancellation consequences.

5. Client Conduct
You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or behave inappropriately toward any companion or our staff.

• Take photographs, videos, or any recordings of a companion without the companion’s prior explicit consent. Any such act constitutes a serious breach of privacy and these Terms.

• Attempt to contact companions outside the booked engagement.

• Use the services for any illegal purpose under Indian law.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• Glamor of City shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to the services, including but not limited to any interaction between client and companion after they meet.

• Our total liability, if any, shall never exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific booking in question.

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, suitability, or outcome of any companionship engagement.

7. Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glamor of City, its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs (including legal fees), and liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or services

• Your conduct during or after any engagement

• Any breach of these Terms

• Any dispute between you and a companion

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, design) is the exclusive property of Glamor of City. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India. You irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objection on grounds of forum non conveniens.

10. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

• If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

• We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• No failure to enforce any right shall constitute a waiver.
